Abstract.
The article examines the phenomenon of sleep tourism in Russia based on empirical data and author's analysis. It is shown that the formation of this segment reflects profound shifts in consumer values: the growing importance of mental health and digital detox. The authors conducted a comparative analysis of institutional models of sleep tourism in Russia and leading Asian countries, identified key differences and opportunities for adapting foreign experience. Based on statistical processing of survey data (correlation, regression, cluster analysis), socio-demographic profiles of consumers and demand factors were determined. The author's typology of regional clusters for the development of the direction is proposed, as well as a scenario forecast until 2030 and practical recommendations for institutional support of the segment.
