Abstract.
The article is devoted to the analysis and improvement of the regional innovation complex in the field of tourism (RIC), based on advanced technological methodologies. Within the framework of the work, the concept of the RCT was defined and the areas of application of innovative technological solutions were studied. It is argued that the evolution of the RCT is an integral part of the innovation management strategy, and the principles of introducing technological methods in this process are considered. Various aspects of technological approaches are analyzed, and the need for systematic strategic planning in integrating innovations into the tourism business is emphasized. Key tools for stimulating technological integration have been identified, including tax incentives for innovative tourism enterprises, creating conditions for investment in the industry, conducting specialized scientific, technical, credit, financial and tax programs, as well as improving depreciation policies and focusing on priority areas in science. The study presents a model of the impact of public policy on innovation processes in tourism, highlighting those elements of public administration that include a technological approach to innovation. As a practical recommendation, it is proposed to establish regional centers for the consideration of innovative initiatives in the tourism industry, which will ensure the implementation of national policy in this area.
