Abstract.

This study is devoted to the analysis of the role of public-public partnership in the innovative development of the region's economy. The paper examines the theoretical and practical aspects of interaction between government agencies and public organizations in the context of stimulating innovative development. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes an analysis of existing mechanisms of public-public partnership, assessment of their effectiveness and identification of key success factors. Special attention is paid to the comparative analysis of various forms of partnership and their impact on innovation processes in the regional economy. As a result of the research, the main directions for improving the mechanisms of public-public partnership have been identified, and recommendations have been proposed for improving the effectiveness of interaction between government agencies and public organizations in order to stimulate the innovative development of the region. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes a set of complementary methods of scientific knowledge: a comparative analysis of existing mechanisms of public-public partnership, statistical processing of empirical data, expert assessments. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results obtained in the development of regional innovation development programs and improving the regulatory framework in the field of public-public partnership. The proposed recommendations can be used by public authorities in forming a strategy for the innovative development of the region and developing mechanisms to support public initiatives. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of an effective system of public-public partnership in the context of the innovative development of the regional economy. The results obtained make a significant contribution to the development of the theory of public administration and can serve as a basis for further research in this field.
