Abstract.
The formation, approval and execution of a strategy is always followed by control of its execution. The function of strategic control in organizations is assigned to special services that collect information on the progress of implementation of strategic goals. Indicators of achieving strategic goals are strategic indicators. The scientific work is devoted to the effective control of strategic indicators of the Rosatom State Corporation. The degree to which the strategic goals of such organizations are fulfilled affects the economic development of Russia, and therefore the results of the activities of state corporations are carefully studied by the state. Effective control means modern decision-making based on the organization's performance. Each organization determines for itself a development vector expressed in strategic goals. To implement them, it is necessary to establish a number of strategic indicators that make it possible to determine the degree to which the intended result has been achieved. The relevance of the study is due to the importance of strategic control in ensuring the implementation of the organization’s strategic goals. The practical significance of the scientific article lies in the fact that the Rosatom State Corporation, which is the object of the study, can use the results presented in order to improve the system for monitoring strategic indicators. The purpose of the article is to outline the directions for organizing effective control of strategic indicators for the Rosatom State Corporation.
