Abstract.
The article deals with topical issues related to the use and application of information technologies in the field of economics, medicine, reflects the problems and ways to solve them. Digitalization in the economy and management is developing and improving, being introduced into all spheres of social society, including state and municipal administration. This scientific article on digitalization in economics and management examines the relationship with legal law, regarding the conclusion of contracts (contracts) by customers of budgetary institutions of the Russian Federation with contractors (suppliers, contractors, performers). The issue of perspective improvement of digitalization in various spheres of social development and timely introduction of digital technologies in economics and management, medicine, including the social sphere is being considered. The process of concluding contracts (contracts) on paper with the subsequent registration of these documents in the electronic system of the Samara region is considered in detail, a number of current problems in the use of information technologies in the field of economics and medicine, management and solutions are considered. The authors of the article propose to get acquainted with the information provided, the research, including recommendations that contribute to the effective use of information technologies in the field of economics and management, medicine, in institutions of the Russian Federation.
