Abstract.
Currently, the approach to managing an organization is very closely related to the ultimate efficiency of the company. The problem that affects the final result of the organization's work can be a number of factors that are the result of using a certain approach in management. Based on this, it can be assumed that some approaches perform better than others. The purpose of the study is to determine the most appropriate approaches to managing an organization at the present time. This article proposes to consider most of the popular management approaches, to highlight some of their features. The problem can be a number of factors that can significantly affect the efficiency of the organization in a negative direction: inefficient structure in the organization, lack of interest of employees in teamwork, processes that are not beneficial, etc. Most of these problems stem from the construction of management in the company and the existing structure in it. For the most part, we can say that the structure of the organization, as well as the methods of its management, is the approach to management, which is just as important. Given all of the above, we can conclude that the effectiveness of the organization largely depends on the approach used by this company in management. Most companies these days don't really stick to the classic, textbook theoretical concepts. On the contrary, each company chooses for itself the best ideas from various concepts, creating its own combination.
