DYNAMICS OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ADAPTIVE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS IN MOSCOW (2022–2024)

Abstract.

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the dynamics of funding for adaptive physical education and sports in Moscow for 2022–2024 based on federal statistical reporting data on form No. 3-AFK. The main directions of spending funds are considered: remuneration of specialists, organization and holding of specialized sports events, purchase of equipment and inventory, as well as maintenance of specialized sports facilities. The reasons for changes in the structure and volume of financing for individual items, as well as their consequences for the development of adaptive physical culture and sports in the metropolis, are analyzed. It was found that despite the overall increase in financial investments, an increase in the number of people involved led to a 4 % reduction in costs per participant in 2024. The results obtained can be used to improve financial support mechanisms for adaptive physical education and sports in the metropolitan region.
