Abstract.
The scientific article deals with topical issues related to the improvement of information technologies that ensure efficiency in the field of procurement, improving the level of the economy in the country, organizing and managing procurement processes, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with the basic principles of anti-corruption, including digitalization of purchases of goods, works, services. The scientific research examines the priority direction: achieving the effectiveness of procurement in the Russian Federation by improving information technologies in the field of economics, management and digitalization. Digitalization of purchases of goods, works, services is being improved and developed, is being implemented in all spheres of social society, economy, state and municipal administration, education, healthcare and other areas. In the study of procurement processes in the Russian Federation, an analysis of the effectiveness of procurement in the unified information system for the period 2014-2022 was carried out. The analysis shows the achievements of the effectiveness of procurement in the Russian Federation, also requires the refinement and improvement of the necessary functionality of the EIS and external ordering systems.
