Abstract.
In modern conditions of the most severe sanctions and a special military operation, additional requirements have appeared for developers of new equipment: possession of innovative competencies that ensure the results of intellectual activity of the protection and protection of intellectual property, as well as the possibility of their commercialization. The inclusion of developers of new technology, in particular engineering and technical personnel in the purposeful process of innovation activity in order to increase inventive literacy and patent culture as the main means of developing the innovative economy of the region and the country as a whole. This is possible within the framework of the designed educational model of advanced training of engineering and technical personnel in the course "Patenting". The formation of innovative competencies of engineering and technical personnel by scientific methods and IT-educational technologies in the field of intellectual property is of urgent importance. Without inventive literacy and patent culture of engineering and technical personnel, it is impossible to develop an innovative economy – a knowledge economy based on intellectual property. The emphasis of the professional development process is on the specifics of training, which consists in the synthesis of methods for solving inventive tasks on the subject of the enterprise, with an emphasis on patent research in this area of technical problems, using digitalization tools. This article presents the concept of creating and managing intellectual property objects of advantage at industrial enterprises of the region, as well as the methodology of the educational model of advanced training of engineering and technical personnel, while the main content of the article is a means of digitalization based on patent No. 87549 "Multi-agent information system for managing the innovation environment of enterprises of the region". The article is intended for specialists dealing with intellectual property issues using information technology, as well as graduate students and economists interested in innovative economics.
